Handifaire is a curated directory of Etsy shops selling handmade goods. We drive qualified buyer traffic directly to your Etsy shop and give you visibility you would not otherwise have. Shoppers come here specifically looking for handmade products, and your shop gets listed where they can find you.

Etsy's visibility has become increasingly difficult to achieve without paid advertising. Handifaire creates a dedicated space where your shop is highlighted among other handmade sellers. You get traffic from buyers actively seeking handmade goods, and you have clear data about where that traffic comes from, something Etsy does not provide.

When you sign up, you will set up your shop profile with your business description, logo, and branding. You maintain full control over your listing and can update it at any time.

Our Starter plan is free and includes listing in one category, a basic shop profile, and access to analytics showing your listing views. The Founder plan is $99 every 2 years and gives you access to three categories, rotation as a featured listing, the ability to post coupon codes, shop updates and more products, as well as advanced analytics including traffic sources and location data. Best of all, with the Founder plan, you can also collect emails from buyers and export them for use elsewhere. You own them.

With a Founder plan, you can post updates directly to your Handifaire shop profile to announce new collections, seasonal sales, restocks, or other news. This gives shoppers a reason to check back on your profile regularly.

Best Seller Links allow you to showcase your most popular or profitable products directly on your shop profile. The Starter plan includes three links with images, and the Founder plan includes nine. These links point directly to the specific Etsy listing you choose. You can update these anytime to rotate products based on seasonality or inventory.

With the Found plan, you can collect up to five hundred emails at a time from shoppers who visit your Handifaire profile and express interest in your products. This gives you a direct line to customers who found you through Handifaire. You can export your list as a .csv file and delete all of the emails from your account to collect more. So there really is no limit to how many emails you can collect. NOTE: Your account will stop accepted email signups when your list reaches 500. To collect more, you will have to export your list and then hit the "Delete All" button to start collecting more.

Founder plan analytics show you how many people visit your listing, how many click through to your Etsy shop, which of your Best Seller Links get the most clicks, when your traffic peaks, and which countries and cities your visitors are in. You will also see how often your listing appears in search results on Handifaire and what search terms shoppers used to find you.

Yes. All links on your Handifaire profile point to your Etsy shop. Shoppers find you here and then complete their purchase on Etsy.

You can update these whenever you like. Many shop owners rotate their Best Seller Links seasonally or when new inventory arrives, and post shop updates regularly to keep their profile current.

That depends on your product category, your Etsy shop reputation, and how engaged you are with your profile. We recommend filling out your profile completely, choosing relevant categories, and updating your Best Seller Links and shop updates regularly. Your analytics will show you exactly what is working.

Yes. Starter accounts can list in one category, while Founder accounts can list in three categories.

No. The Starter plan is free with no commitment. The Founder plan is paid every 2 years, but you can cancel at any time.

With a Founder account, you can create unlimited coupon codes to share with Handifaire shoppers. You manage and redeem these codes directly through your Etsy shop. The codes you list on Handifare must exist for your shop on Etsy. We would encourage you to delete expired codes from your Handifare listing.

Handifaire exists to drive traffic to your Etsy shop, and that is where your customers complete their purchases. Social media links would redirect shoppers away from Etsy and dilute the purpose of the directory. Your Handifaire profile is focused on helping people discover and buy from you on Etsy.

Handifaire is built for shops selling handmade physical goods. Digital products like downloads, digital art files, or printables do not align with the directory's focus. If you have both handmade physical items and digital products, you can list with your handmade goods as the focus of your profile.

Handifaire only lists shops selling handmade physical goods. We explicitly do not allow digital downloads, AI-generated products, print-on-demand items, resold goods, wholesale imports, or mass-produced items. Your shop must create the handmade products you are selling.

No. Print-on-demand products are not handmade and do not fit the directory's focus. Handifaire is reserved for shops where you are personally creating the physical goods you sell.

No. Handifaire is for artisans who make their own products. Reselling wholesale imports or mass-produced goods is not permitted, regardless of where you source them.

AI-generated products are not allowed on Handifaire. The directory is dedicated to handmade goods created by you.

We rely on shop owners to be honest about what they are selling. By listing on Handifaire, you are representing that your products are handmade by you or your team. If a shop is found to be misrepresenting their products, they will be removed from the directory. NOTE: If it is determined by us that your products are not handmade and you are on any paid plan, you will be removed from the directory and no refund will be issued.

There are only two plans. The Starter plan is free and is what every shop starts on when they create an account. The Founder plan is the paid upgrade that unlocks additional features.

No. Every new shop is automatically placed on the free Starter plan. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Founder.

You can upgrade only after you have created your free listing and logged into your account.

During the first year after the site launches, the Founder plan is available for a special Founders rate of $99 every 2 years. Anyone who signs up for this plan in the first year locks in that rate for life as long as they do not cancel or let the subscription lapse.

We launched the site on August, 5, 2026. So the Found Plan is available from August 5, 2026 until August 5, 2027. If you upgrade to this plan within this time frame, you will be billed only $99 every TWO years. NOTE: if your plan is cancelled anytime after the one year period, you will have to upgrade to the new plan which will be billed once a year at a higher rate.

If you cancel or allow the subscription to expire after the first year, you will lose the Founders rate. You would need to re-subscribe at the then-current pricing.

New sign-ups after the first year will no longer be eligible for the $99 / 2 years Founders rate. They will be placed on a yearly Founder plan at a higher rate.

Yes. You can cancel the Founder plan at any time and return to the free Starter plan. Just note that if you were on the Founders rate and let it lapse, you will not be able to get that rate back.

Shop owners receive email notifications prior to subscription renewals or changes to their plan.

Accepted payment methods will include major credit and debit cards through a secure online payment system.

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without penalty. When you cancel your subscription before the end of your plan period, you will still have access to paid features. Once your cancellation is processed at the end of your subscription period, you will be switched back to the free Starter plan.

A subscription is not required to maintain a standard shop listing. An optional paid plan is offered for enhanced features.

Shops must offer handmade products. The majority of the products listed in your shop must be 100% handmade by the shop. Listings should accurately represent the shop and products offered.

Your shop listing is available on the directory as soon as you create your account. We encourage you to edit your shop after you login and fill out everything that will make your shop listing more informative.

Yes. With the free Starter plan, you have access to basic view stats for your shop listing. With the paid Founder plan, you have access to advanced analytics.

Shop owners can update their information at any time through their account dashboard.

Shop owners can update product listings to feature seasonal products and coupons for special promotions at any time.

No. Customers can click on your etsy link on your shop listing and contact you via your Etsy shop.

Visibility depends on listing completeness, relevance, and activity.

Currently we welcome the following countries to create a shop listing: United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Ireland and Canada. We will be adding additional countries in the future.

Listings may be suspended or removed if they violate the directory’s terms or contain false information.

Use the "Flag This" form on the shop listing page. Be sure to fill out the issue and provide as much proof as possible.

Flagged listings are reviewed for accuracy, fraud and policy compliance. Shop owners may be contacted if updates or clarification are needed.

If you are in need of support, login to your account and go to your "My Account" dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner. Select "Support Tickets" and create a new ticket.

We’re interested in shops where there is someone making, assembling, transforming, or creating something. That includes handmade creators, artists, jewelry creators, upcyclers, crafters, and shops that assemble products from raw purchased components. We also include shops that sell supplies and materials for other creators.

We use “handmade” in the ordinary sense: a person is making the finished item. You do not have to manufacture every component yourself. A jewelry maker who purchases chain, charms, beads, or findings and creates finished jewelry from them is still making something by hand. A woodworker does not have to grow and mill their own trees. A sewist does not have to manufacture their own fabric. Purchased materials and components are part of making things. What matters is what the maker creates from them.

They’re welcome. Some of the most creative work starts with purchased components. Combining materials, choosing colors and textures, creating compositions, designing combinations, and assembling them into something new takes skill and creativity. We don’t believe a creator has to manufacture every component of a product before their work becomes worthy of being discovered.

If you transform an existing item or material into something new, that creative work belongs here. A vintage garment turned into a completely different piece or discarded materials transformed into something new are all examples of the kind of work we want shoppers to discover.

No. We are not trying to create a hierarchy of “more handmade” and “less handmade.” A creator can use commercially produced raw materials, components, tools, blanks, fabrics, findings, and other supplies. What matters is the creative and/or physical contribution they make to the finished work.

That’s fine. This directory is not intended to force every shop into one box. If your shop hand-makes some products and hand-assembles others, that's fine.

We’re not including shops with finished products that are not handmade, hand-assembled or raw supplies.

If you see a shop that appears to be reselling mass-produced products, dropshipping, or otherwise doesn't fit the purpose of the directory, you can report it using the "Flag This" form on the shop listing page. We would much rather have the community help us identify questionable listings than require legitimate creators to jump through unnecessary hoops.

Yes. If your shop is listed and you don't want it included, contact us and we will remove it immediately. We want the directory to be useful to shoppers and beneficial to the businesses included in it.

The directory is independent of Etsy. It exists to help shoppers discover independent handmade Etsy shops and products.
